It's been a while since I've been willing to review a place over a hamburger however with The Hive, it's worth noting. The Hatch burger, perfectly balances quality ground meat with cheese, arugula, hatch chillies and of course cheese all on a brioche bun. I ordered medium, which came actually medium rare but was exactly what I needed - still if you're not fond on rare meat you might as well order medium well. If you're not, go for med and you'll be pleased with the results.
If burgers aren't your thing try the fish and chips- that fish is the size of a small child - and fresh, perfectly seasoned and fried.
If interested in appetizers try the fried pickles. Who would have thought fried pickles are a thing but at the The Hive it can be perfectly paired with any number of different fine craft brews.
I will be back and would recommend this place to anyone. -

After reading about this place on yelp I had to give it a try.
I certainly wasn't disappointed. I only wish I could've ate more so I could've tried more on the menu.
The ambience in this very popular Saturday night spot is very nice with a nice patio and plenty of inside seating.
The staff was more than friendly and helpful.
Cocktails we're very well done although a little bit pricey.
The food I did try was very delicious.
I recommend their signature Number one cocktail, The Smoked Old Fashion. They smoke the glass over wood chips before they make the drink. Magnificent.
I tried their number one selling Signature Gourmet Cheezilla Burger. Amazing flavor and the grilled cheese on the outside I would love to just get orders of that too munch with my cocktails. Definitely one of the best burgers I've had in some time. The smoked tri-tip comes with a whole head of roasted garlic. Amazing flavor.
I can't wait to come try more of the menu and some other signature cocktails. On Saturday nights there is a live band and they are quite good. This place is definitely worth a try if you get a chance.

Came here today 10/21/19 because of the reviews it was getting
Girlfriend and I both ordered the fish and chips
The portion was wonderful, the service was very good
The fish was extremely bland and oily not a good combination
We came from Hemet and if we return, I would order the fish and chips again, but we probably won't be back especially with the quality of the fish and chips at The Shamrock
Cool place, lots of TV's with football on
Good luck with the business here -

I've really been wanting to try this place, due to all the hype, and I'm pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I ordered the cheese burger... and boy did it have a lot of cheese. The cheese was hanging off the burger and clearly was fried/cooked around the burger. I had to tear thru this burnt cheese to get to my burger and tbh ... I would have just wanted the burger to look like it looked on the menu. See pic for what I'm talking about here.
Don't get me wrong - the burger was delicious, probably one of the best ones I've had -- but all that fried cheese was just too much and detracted from the burger instead of added to it. -

Love at first sight. In love with the ambiance and decor...it was a rustic, country chic, steam punk vibe, also loved that they were playing country music. There were fresh flowers in mason jars on each table (dahlias and alstroemerias) that were beautiful! There was ample enough seating with a full service bar split down the middle of the restaurant and three TVs in that area.
Brought my husband here for our anniversary because I read that they had the best fish & chips around and he's been on a mission to find it. Mission accomplished because he says it's the best so far and that's what was most important.
Bummed because I didn't enjoy my entree at all. It was the tri tip which was bland and flavorless even with the chimichurri sauce. I asked for a medium rare and got more of a medium well, but the meat was so tough, chewy and oddly COLD. The saving grace was definitely the onion rings, not oily, crispy and sweet. The presentation for the entrees were also top notch and my favorite was probably the house salad we got on the side to share. Very plain looking which is deceiving because it was packed with so much flavor, we both devoured it!
Our server was super sweet and attentive, she kind of disappeared for awhile towards the end while we waited to ask for a box and the check, but she also seemed to be the only one there at lunch time. For two entrees and a small salad after a 20% plus tip was right under $60. Kind of on the pricy side, but we probably would come back again to try something new or at least for the fish & chips!
